水禾田本名潘炯榮，是著名的跨媒體創作藝術家，出生於廣東南海，畢業於香港。1985年，他獲香港十大傑出青年獎、1988年獲頒香港藝術聯盟第一屆攝影家獎、2005年獲頒中國上海馬爹利頒藝術家年獎和中國濟南大學美術系客座教授。歷年來均有出版攝影集、畫集及遊記，並於世界各地展出其攝影及繪畫作品。經常體驗大自然的他，深度地提升出山水的精華，用極具魅力的技巧，描繪下他內心的景觀。

Water Poon (Poon Kwing Wing) is a well-known local artist who graduated with a degree in Graphic Design from Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He has participated in various local and overseas art exhibitions, and has won numerous awards including “Hong Kong Ten Outstanding Professional Youth of the Year” in 1985, “Artist of the Year for Photography” in 1988 and “Shanghai Martell Artist of the Year” in 2005. He was also an art professor at the University of Jinan. He has used his camera to capture people and natural scenery for over 30 years. He extracts the essence of landscapes from his traveling experience and convert it into exquisite depiction of his mindscape.
